Refunds/Cancellations
Refund Policy
The product will go through the following internal checks before the refund gets processed:
❖ The products returned should be in original condition
❖ The products must not be used or washed
❖ The products should have the original tags/labels
❖ The products should be returned along with the box in which the product was delivered
The return may get delayed or not get processed, if the returned products does not meet any one of the above mentioned internal check criteria’s.
In the event of false complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the products, the customer will not be eligible for refund.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do cancel before your order is shipped.
Orders, where the shipping has been initiated, cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy
Though we Endeavour to provide you with the best of all our services, If, in case you are dissatisfied with our service, contact our Shadhan Customer Support Team between 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST at +91 9448444455 or email us at shadhancreations@gmail.com. We will get in touch with you at the earliest to address your concern.
For any return request, send us an email return request on shadhancreations@gmail.com with the following details:
● Order Number
● Product Code
● Reason for returning the product
● Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
A Confirmation mail would be sent to the customer, confirming the return request
It may take 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Customers may have to bear additional Charges such as return cost. Such amount shall be indicated to the customers in advance.
Shadhan Creations will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase which may be caused due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
Returns cannot be initiated for the sarees, if the blouse is stitched
